
Mariana Orozco
Mariana Orozco holds a degree and and a PhD in Translation and Interpretation and is a professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
She has been practicing Seitai for over 10 years with Susana Fernandez and has also attended intensive seminars by Moriji Funakawa, Tsunehisa Watanabe, Mercè Blanco, Javier Unsho, Luis Alonso, Pedro Richard and Kunio Nomura.
She is a trained practitioner of Tibetan Buddhist meditation and has been a student of James Low for over 10 years. Before that, she received teachings and did meditation retreats with Chogyal Namkhai Norbu, Elias Capriles, Mindrolling Jetsün Khandro Rimpoché, Lama Zopa Rimpoché, Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse, Jigme Kyentse and Basili Llorca, amongst others, for over 20 years.
She also has wide experience working with creative arts and personal growth. She was coordinator of the Universal Education association in Spain for 7 years, where she facilitated workshops for adults and summer camps for children. She currently facilitates a project called Con:nectar (connecting with your inner nectar) in Spain, where Seitai and Dharma meet to explore James Low's Dzogchen teachings from an experiential, embodied perspective.
